In celebration of the Clogau Gold of Royalty association, the new Signature collection is inspired by the Coast of Arms featured on the Regalia worn by Prince Edward VIII, which were said to be finished with Welsh Gold, even the finer details such as the buttons, inspiring these new pieces. The Signature collection is a modern interpretation on a timeless design, each piece containing rare Welsh Gold.
The Clogau brand was first brought to life when a local Welshman named William Roberts made an exciting discovery in the rural mountains of Snowdonia. Roberts was able to extract a stockpile of rare Welsh gold that was then used exclusively to create the jewellery that founded the Clogau brand. Since then, Clogau jewellery has become renowned around the world not just for their striking designs but for being worn by members of the Royal family including Her Majesty the Queen and the late Princess Diana of Wales.
This exquisite Clogau Signature Sterling Silver Ring features a button design with a movement which gives the ring two designs in one. One side of the ring is crafted in 9ct rose gold and the other adorned with white topaz stones, making it a versatile and unique piece.
