Originally founded in 1860 Chopard have been owned and run by the Scheufele family since the 1960s. Inspired by droplets of fresh mountain water spinning at the base of a waterfall in the Swiss sunshine, the iconic Happy Diamonds collection first appeared in the 1970s. Happy Sport watches followed in 1993 with the 278559-6019 showcasing thoroughly modern styling. A stylish richly polished steel and ethical warm rose gold 36mm case and bracelet catch the eye, and are perfectly complemented by a rose gold coloured dial. Seven sparkling brilliant cut diamonds (0.35ct) dance with life and movement bringing this model to life. Housing a self-winding mechanical movement the 278559-6019 is water resistant to 30 metres.
